The Self-Leadership Programme
This programme is tailored for students and young adults who want more than quick fixes, they’re seeking consistent, long-term guidance across their academic journey, personal development and future direction.
Through 1:1 monthly or fortnightly coaching sessions and termly progress reviews, students receive personalised support, mentoring and structure. Whether they’re managing school pressure, building confidence or exploring university and career pathways. This programme offers a space to reflect, grow and move forward with clarity.
